I just thought I'd mention, that while browser your advertisement banner codes, I noticed an error in your HTML. It should end with a </a> not a </url>. Not sure if I posted this in the right place. Too tired to think otherwise.

It depends on what you use to view the internet and what comes after it. It's still a code left unclosed, technically, as well as improper and unvalidated coding. It would probably give Opera and Mozilla errors if used on a website, at least, if not Internet Explorer.

It's okay. HTML is hard to get used to for awhile. If you just switch the </url> in the advertisement codes to </a>, though, everything would be function properly in all Internet browsers.
It would be like this, versus what you have now:
<a href="http://desertedpara.proboards60.com/index.cgi"> <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v234/asitis/idea.jpg" border="0" height="31" width="88"></a>

What format are they in? .PNGs and .BMPs should show up using the same code, although it's a little unneeded to use a .PNG or .BMP for anything since they tend to be slow-loading.
Just replace the image URL in the proper spot in the code (I assume you know where this is?) and it should work. So it would be:
<a href="http://desertedpara.proboards60.com/index.cgi"> <img src="IMAGE URL GOES HERE" border="0" height="31" width="88"></a>
